I just like short conversations. You just talk for 10, 15 minutes I tried adding some from PIN sharing, that's where you meet the wierd or needy ones. I've deleted all of them except one, but I never talk to him anyhow, so he'll probably get deleted soon too

i love talking to people, but i dont wanna talk when im sleeping, because when i do sleep, i really need it, working fire/ems, sleep is something ive learned to value

No kidding about talking during sleep time, but I use quiet mode for that time, so it's usually not a problem.

Yeah, I always leave mine on though. I would just hate to think someone called and really needed something, and I couldn't get the call because I had it on silent to block all the people who wouldn't shutup.

And amen to being cool! I love my APU on this truck, keeps things pretty comfortable for sleeping and relaxing time. Gotta replace the A/C filter again soon, though.

I hear that. It was almost 90 degrees in this room, and that's not counting humidity. I couldn't take it and the ferrets can't be in heat like that so the AC went in the window and on.

Kasi, I know what you mean there. Before I got the APU, imagine being in a solid black car on hot asphalt in Texas in high summer surrounded by idling trucks. And my truck has glass windows in the sleeper, which conduct heat, too.

Highest I ever measured in the sleeper was 141 degrees. I added extra insulation around the windows, and cut reflective shades for all of them, too.

I would have cried. I can't take the heat or cold as a matter of fact. I've always been real sensitive to temperature. I can handle the 70's but not anything more or less.
