I was working with someone a few days ago that was coughing all over the place the other day, it's too late for me!! We just got Purell wall dispensers shipped to us at work yesterday, still too late.

Shila Shila I love saying that name! You will certainly find some good info @ earthclinic. Its just a matter of finding th right organic ingredients & putting together a winning concoction. 1 of the most popular remedies for nearly any illness or ailment is all natural organic ACV (apple cider vinegar). Has to be organic though. Processed is useless for healing. I've been drinking it pretty regularly myself lately. 2 tsp acv, 2 tsp lime juice, 2 tsp honey, mixed together in hot water & drank as a tea. You get used to the flavor & eventually come to enjoy it as weird as that sounds.

Forgot to mention I've recently discovered acv tablets & they're MUCH easier to take but I'm not certain yet if they're as beneficial.
