Ok folks-the fireworks are over--- there's nothing to see here any more!!! LOL

But seriously on a lighter note-- I hope that things are smoothed over and we can go back to being a happy family here again--that includes BS and 1 2 of course-they are welcome by all means!

It's amazing how, after 24hrs without sleep, your body seems to hit the reset button. I'm on 33 hours straight with a couple 15-20min dozings, in a chair at the ER, and the full 20min in my bed...before getting called back to the hospital.

Some of us weren't having a good start to the day, and I wasn't helping the situation. Ended up coming on here... Pretty sure everything's cool now though

Going alright I guess, other than the fact I'm dirt poor... Was looking at houses today. I can't afford a 2 bedroom house with hardly any property, and the roof falling off

yea...i hate to be the one to tell you, but its very expensive to buy a house...and to have the 20% to put down to avoid Property Mortgage Insurance, which costs extra. and if you get one of those loans that you only put like 1% down, after a 1yr or 3yrs. the percentage rate goes up costing more monthly! its just insane, and the amount of money the bank makes over the top of the mtgd amount--like in example-if you buy a house for say $250,000 on a 30 yr fixed with $25,000 down.- now the bank loans you $225,000--by time you get done paying that over 30yrs-its almost 400,000 that you've paid!so they get their 225 back plus 175!

That's why I've been happy to rent. As our family has changed, so have our home needs. When the last kid is up and out, were gonna work together and buy a nice 5th wheel and move wherever we feel like being.

I'm looking cheap though... Like, very cheap. $74 000 Didn't even know you could get a house for that little Oh you can... It's more of a glorified trailer but... That 74 grand would'nt take long to turn into 150 with all the work it need Maybe I should buy a Dodge Ram and live in the back seat... Shower at the college every morning. Breakfast at Mcdonalds

oh chad--i meant to ask you--from the other night-i guess your bb is ok now?? Those few things that we told you to do, you should try to do maybe everyday before you close out your online for the night--clear the cache, alt+lglg. and delete any un-necessary tx/pix/emails on the bb that you dont need anymore so it doesnt take up room for no reason.
