Morning kaka, went to bed early to get a good nights rest. The limit is usually around 5 hours and I hit it exactly. Just lay there for a little while longer, hoping to fall back as;eep again, but I knew better. How you doing this morning? Just getting home tonight?

I wish I could sleep for 5 hours and it be a good nights rest. I'm doing good. Nope, I've been home all night, just can't sleep. I swear one of these days I will beat my insomnia.

When you get tired enough you will. Maybe your just a night owl kaka. Get a 3rd shift job, and sleep all day. I used to get my best rest laying on the beach in the morning.

What the he77 am I doing up this time of the morning!!?? Oh yeah, dogs have to go out. New kid needs to be taken out often and crated while we're at work. he'll get it, but we don't want him to have any accidents. Good morning all, and most likely good night .

Probably. I've always had trouble sleeping at night. I actually just applied for an overnight job. Here's to hoping they're hiring.

Then again kaka, maybe your just blessed like me to not need much sleep. Do you always feel tired, or just think you need more rest? When I was as young as you look, 2 hours a day was about the max I would need. Now that I'm fossilizing, it's up to around 4 to be at my best.

I'll join you there kaka! I hope you get that job. The last job I had was 3rd shift and I felt better than I had in years. It is hard for a "night walker/insomniac" to ever get enough sleep during the night.

Even when I was in high school I could not sleep during the night. Wolf is right. This could very well be your issue. Anyway, I hope better sleep is on the horizon for you!

i finally was able to fall asleep around 1ish this moring, woke back up at 5 and now im at work til 3 this afternoon, im trying to relax and not be as stressed, because its really starting to get to me....how are you doing ?
