Never going to make the money I should where I am now, and the larger office coffee services are a bunch of goons. So it's time to start reevaluating what I'm going to do. I'd really like to get an engineering degree, but I can't do that with the hours I work right now.

Going through the plant operations path is viable option for you. All these jobs are municipal government jobs - good benefits, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. My employer paid for my degree Wolf, 100%, all I had to do was get at least a B.

It was, I have worked there 30 years, it was my 3rd big expansion. When I started we were a 20 million gallon a day plant, now we're a 50 million gallon a day plant. We didn't have a single computer in '79, now I can control the whole place from my desktop.
