To clarify: First off I'm 34, 2 kids, and happily married. 2nd, honest but not brutal only when it calls for it. 3rd, only unresponsive if and when something is not worth discussing. We are also very observant and very loyal friends.

Pardon my rudeness Martha. Was not my intention. Very pleased to meet you and thank you for that introduction.
I'm 37, 3 beautiful kids and also happily married.
I'm certain that I'm extremely under qualified for your Group so I won't dare apply, but good luck to you with it (hopefully yours actually exists).

That's a smart choice.
However I need to clarify one thing, members don't / didn't apply. They are / were sinisterly and unknowingly lured in. And there is / was no escape.
Oh, don't get me wrong. You / they can "leave" but you / they never "get away". It's called "hotel California syndrome" and I am the master of such syndrome.
Call me ugly all you want... I enjoy it. The second you insult me, my profession and my ill patients is when I'm truly insulted. I get up every morning, afternoon, evening and night to help, save and bring lives into this world.... poor, rich, homeless it doesn't matter I get up for THEM. Tell me again how this only means something to me and how you calling it "easy" isn't an insult. I rather you call me a hideous ugly monster than that.

I'm at a loss at how this "friendly banter" turned hostile.
Anyway, I've been at the mercy of many surgeons and I am way more confident in putting my life in the hands of one who is also confident in what they do.
It's just like you've said before - cutting open is easy, it's putting back together that's difficult. I want the dr who IS a master at putting me back together and doesn't doubt their own ability.
Even the best of the best lose patients, and I know it doesn't make them any less masterful at what they do.
I also know two more things: no way I'd want to be a surgeon or nurse or any other person who sees blood on purpose - LoL - but I'm certainly thankful for those of you who do!!

You are more than qualified for any group including this, I was a little rude to you so I apologize for that.
But this is a forum in the rehab section, on Crackberry about phones and stuff, so let's just have fun and banter.
