To get to the 28th floor, 1st have to get off at the 13th floor, crawl over the bodies of the people who didn't make it past my claymores, go down to the 2nd hallway and make a right, to the 3rd door and open it but don't go in and the elevator for the 28th floor will be revealed. Venture off and we will have 1 more dead body not to worry about.
