If you ever wanted to leave a voice mail, but hoping the one your calling won't pick up, this is for you. You can call 267-SLY-DIAL, a free service. Its supposed to let you leave a voice mail without the hassle of the recipients phone actually ringing. I haven't tried it myself, I read about it in Reader's Digest. If anyone trys it, just leave a comment and let us know how it works.

For all you pansies out there :oP. I just tried with my bf's phone number and YES, it works. He said he got no call. It rang only twice on my end before going to voicemail. And they reiterate again that it's free. I'll just check my bill next month over thoroughly....

I have tried it. I I have sprint, so I called someone that I know from each carrier. It worked great. I saw this in a post several months ago and did it. You would be surprised how much you will use it. I have it saved in my address book.
