I think you just answered the problem. There needs to be some type of "unit" with one job, to keep track of person to person gun transfers. It's amazing how many guns are on the street, with no paper trail. It's almost as if the guns where purposely put there. But that gets into conspiracy theories.

And that, is something I'll never do on a Blackberry forum.

Um, it's not difficult to purchase it directly from their website especially if your carrier won't sell the specific device you want. Blame the carrier for not carrying it, not the manufacturer.

I blame BB's business approach for carriers ditching support for the handset... and I'm well aware I can outright purchase the phone. What you don't seem to understand is that not everyone wants to drop hundreds on a device and that some of use actually want to go the contract route.

I can totally understand those that prefer a subsidy besides an outright direct purchase from the manufacturer. It just costs more long-term however.
