    As of today, STV has announced that he is stepping down from the role of Director of Health and Weight Loss Plans for himself. In his place will be Interim Director John Chen.

    Lol...but in all seriousness, I am using Mr. Chen as inspiration for weight loss this new year.

    I had a three phased plan when I still liked Thorsten Heins.

    Now in Phase III, I'm focused on now, not the past.
