Problem with the FHA inspection, and the appraisal. Now here is the BEST part, the bank knew about the issues on 4/4, but communicated them on 4/21 the day AFTER I was supposed to settle, AND the settlement was postponed (by the Bank) for another reason entirely. It's a cluster fudge! (I want to use another word here)
