Family guy has no plot and is just a bunch of random jokes thrown together. Southpark pokes fun at things going on in the world and is a lot more socially relevant. Both are funny, but southpark is my choice.

Wow. So Family Guy has reached some new lows.
And that's saying something.

The shaken baby "joke" was anything but. I'm far from prudish, but what the FUDGE. That wasn't even a joke. That was just...horrendous.

To add to that, Conway Twitty for, what, three or four minutes? Thirty seconds was one thing, but for that length, that's just wasting air time.
