So this guy walks to the pharmacy counter..
He's a real pain in the azz to begin with but I smile and offer my assistance. Ten minutes of going back fourth over brand vs generic for someone who says, "money is no problem" I find rather pointless. Of course he takes the generic and goes to the cashier to pay for his purchase.
He leaves the store, then comes back 10 minutes later to ask if someone turned in a phone. Of course no one had and we told him..then the gates of hades opens up! This guy totally loses it and starts ranting about how his phone has 400 contacts in it and how his mom just died and it has the last picture of her on it. Omg he just goes on and on about he just bought the software to back up his phone. I looked at him and said mm not to be rude but you don't have to buy software to backup a blackberry.
Seriously, you have a phone with 400 contacts and you have NEVER backed it up? You're a moron. I felt bad about his mom but the guy was an azz. We looked at the security tape and it didn't show him with a phone. He left a flyer with a $100 reward for the return of the phone no questions asked. Of course he has found out that someone is using the phone. He came in today to tell us his lawyers are going to pull the phone records. Heavens to Betsy! For $100 go buy a new damn phone..back it up..and put a password on it.
