Ag, the bedrooms not an issue. I can toss it on the nightstand and forget it's even there. These people are talking about comfy cozy intimacy with their phone so close in the bed with them that it might as well be a human being.

Thats the nonsense that's way too over the top for me- it's just a phone.

For me, It's usually in the living room, in sleep mode, charging. If I've got to be up the next morning for something important, then I'll set my alarm and use the charger that's plugged in next to my bed.

Shhh...don't tell my BB, but I do like to get a few hours break from it and its accusatory red, blinking light that seems to say "Hey! Check me! You've got info here! Look at me, darn you!"
