Not true. Quite a number of Playbooks have been reported stolen in here.
What's up with her glasses, did she forget to get lenses put in them? LOL
People never cease to amaze me
Stupid is as stupid does.
WOW! Didn't even take the product out of the box? C'mon man! Shot the seller sure but blame the buyer for stupidity.
My thought exactly.
I love when she says "from the back it look just like an iPad" as they show the duct tape with Apple logo drawn in sharpie.
It's still sad that someone would do that. But goes to show, YOU have to be aware of your surroundings too. Con men have been around for ages, and now they are going for the Big Ticket items.
"Here's $200 for that sealed courier box, once you leave, I will open it. Bye bye now and thank you.
*tires squealing as seller leaves in a cloud of dust*
Unreal!!
I bought one of the "Fed-Ex" themed iPods from a gas station last week. I got ripped off too. It's broken! Seemed to be stuck on the front camera setting. Anyone know how to fix this!
Scammers are everywhere. they chase people who get too greedy. And they always succeed.
If someone tries to sell you a new playbook in the street for 1/4 its price, either it is a scam, or a stolen playbook
Or another price drop!
In the street ? I don't think so.
A random guy selling popular and newest versions of electronics out of the back of his car for real cheap (75% off) and for cash only.... she must have known it was either a scam or stolen goods. I don't get how she was upset that she got robbed of $200 but was fine with it when she thought it was an iPad from somebody who was robbed of it.
At her financial peril, yes she did forget !
She actually thought she was at the apple store.
Try to shake it hard. It ccould work again.
Yep...I'm afraid I don't have much sympathy for the buyer.
