    All I know is the special ingredient is best cooked in the butter and then strained out before the butter is added to the brownies, leaving the essence but removing any leafy pieces.

    Wow, the things one can learn here. I bet even Chef Gordon would like that method.

    4 would give you the whirlies. 2 tops, unless you had absolutely nothing else to do for the rest of the day.
