    Yes, but are you a paid user? Otherwise, it's clear email support is paid only. The fact they responded at all for a free product so far is a plus in my book. From the subject line (no "Pro" keywords), it looks like the developer is in the right and you're not.

    If you are a paid user, that is today in the screenshot AFAIK. How long were you waiting?

    Sorry, are you demanding updates? If so, what was promised? There are no guarantees of updates if the main functionality works as intended.

    Updating the app is pretty much up to you to go into BBW and update it. If you have problems updating the app from BBW, you might need to contact BB.

    I have several apps purchased first month of BB10 and haven't ever received updates. But it works, so not sure if you are just expecting further feature development, or a specific bug fix for something that should be working.

    State in the OP "the app doesn't work". Replace the screenshot that provides no helpful information with reviews then. Place a link to the app and the reviews.

    You get better responses when you make a better OP. Provide useful information in the thread, so people don't waste time. You've been a member here long enough to know better.

    It's headless, but stopped working. Even disabled my regular LED so I had to delete it.
