If you can cook then make it a nice night at the house.

Cook your best meal for her (of course something she will like) light tons of candles.
Dim the lights (or if your have enough candles cut them all off) and go watch a nice movie you both will enjoy. &you know what comes after that!

Personally I think stuff like this should be done more often for no reason at all. V-day shouldn’t be the reason to do something romantic.

or if there's a nice day spa near by get her a 1 hour body massage and or a facial (the spa type NOT the porn type...BIG difference i was told, lol)
