So just wondering if any guys out there have read any romance novels? I told my g/f that I would read one after she kind of brought it up, I think it was jokingly brought up

Guys its ok to addmitt it if you do read them or have, it will just stay here in this thread lol

And question to the ladies, what is the reason you read them, is that what you want?, not having read one yet I don't know how they are , but know there's romance involved lol

Dude, don't read a romance novel. You'll be stepping over to the dark side and you WILL be traumatized.

I don't read romance novels. I'm not really big on reading about sex, I'd rather just watch a p0rno or just have sex.

*thinks she totally missed the point here*

They all end with the woman leaving the man and taking him for everything he has then living happily ever after with the much younger gardener named Raul.

If the book doesn't include guns, dogs, prison, trains or getting drunk, it's a chick book. Like 1 2 said, stay away from the dark side...

Yeah, I don't read Roman novels either. Latin is hard stuff to translate.

So, romance novels belong in the non-fiction category then.

True. Luckily in my experience the big tripod with camera facing the bed has always been a big red flag. And thats common sense you cant learn in any book!

edit: I lie. I learned that when reading "If There Is a Video Camera Facing The Bed, He Wants To Record The Ugly Bumpins" Found in Non-fiction, sub-catergory "Duh"

Mavis, you need a warning to not be consuming liquid or foods that would create a nice spray pattern when partaking in a Mavis post...
