Ab Workout Machine | Ab Belt & Toners – Abdominal Machines by Flex Belt


Supposed to be an ab belt. I receied it for free. Going to try it but anyone else have expierence with these?

Never used one nor do I ever plan on it. It's a waste of time and money. Do some research on them.

Nothing beats good ol' regular exercise.

Heard they help somewhat but ur not gonna get 6 pack abs with just the belt, that's gonna require good old fashioned sweat.

Just have it for free. Im try it for a month and then ebay it. lol

I think wearing / using one of those belts is ten times worse than rocking a solid gut.
