LOL ok, I'm secretly addicted to Top Chef, America's Next Top Model, Big Brother, Project Runway, HGTV's Design Star, and Food Network Star. But I have to say my absolute favorite is The Apprentice! I'm sorry to post here, and please don't take this as a negative, but why would anybody feel drawn to these so-called but mis-named "reality" shows?

I've sampled a few sifferent ones but never saw even a small dose of "reality" anywhere in them. It seems to me like they're all just popularity contests, which to me isn't reality at all. Would someone be willing to explain?

Yes, you are right they popularity contest but I guess are reality because we kind of see how ttheir lives are to some degree. Tori Spelling's show is about one if the best reality show. Well, I can say without hesitation that I watch Top Chef, So You Think You Can Dance, and The Ultimate Fighter. I liked Beauty and the Geek.

My guilties are America's Next Top Model and Project Runway.(I blame my wife)
