lol sorry you didn't like the question, the questions are supose to be a bit "out there" inorder to investigate whether the whole crackberry aspect really exists, and imagining the product as a person is a common technique used in questionnaires to research brand relationships.
If that one scared you then you would have been really confused by the rest of them just aswel you stopped!

I hope you don't put other people off its not supposed to be hard just a quick light-hearted questionnaire !!!

The question did not scare me. It is just asinine regardless of whether it is
considered common. The second that question came up I knew the rest of the
survey would probably be a total waste of time, for me at least.

Good luck on your dissertation though. I really do mean that.
