This is the case with all phones. You fail to realize (or acknowledge) that people generally don't come to forums to tell everyone that everything is working perfectly.

I counted 23 "issues" on the first page alone for the S6 edge..

I don't think the normal buyer will see that it's a BlackBerry. They'll just assume that it's some other Android device. They should have put it at the end and had the keyboard slide out.

It's interesting that the iPhone didn't make an appearance.

Forums aren't good indicators - too skewed for various reasons. Note the ratio of "issues" to likely sales numbers in your examples is distressingly high for Priv compared to the s6 and iP6 unless you are going to claim either of those phones sells only 3x as many as the Priv.

no, the issues should not be reported to the number of sales. It's not a "random" error but a "systematic" one, and therefore there is no basis to do the statistics in that way.

Don't forget to post the same 'complaint' for other manufacturers that do the same thing on the forums devoted Samsung, LG, Microsoft, HTC & Sony.

I've had the HTC EVO 4G, LG Optimus G, Moto X, Galaxy S6, AND the Priv-- I have given Android a chance. Every time, my Android has ended up on Ebay and I've went back to BlackBerry. I now have a Passport Silver Edition and it's my favorite device since the BlackBerry Pearl... or the Torch.
