And if you looked, over 95% of his posts are helping members and answering questions. In addition he is a full time engineering student at a major university. Motivated does not describe it. I am in awe of his work ethic.

If you make how to guides (like he has) or get into a detailed fix, you turn post fast but like exelant said. It's the substance too. And bMcClure is one of those few that if I see a post by him, I'm sure to have a look because there's a good chance you'll learn something. That count's not welcoming newbies.
