Jeez, you guys have low housing prices. There's nothing at all on the market here for $140,000. Cheapest is maybe $200,000. You're lucky when you're buying.

I had to hunt for a while to get my price and I had to settle for a fixer-upper, BUT it's not that bad, mostly just needs some paint.
