    Folks,

    We have an agreement in principle, and tomorrow I sign the agreement papers for my first house!!!!!!! This is the 4th house in the last few months that I have bid on, and the 4th time is the charm!!!!!! Just wanted to share my joy with my CB friends! Here's some pictures..... (It's a fixer upper)...

    nice, me and my wife put a bid in on our first house today, hopefully i dont have to go through 4 of them, congrats, with the market the way it is, this is a great time to buy a house.

    No flip this will be my home, I am gonna upgrade it over time and then maybe sell it in 10 to 15 years. I'm paying 140, but homes on that block go for over 200.

    Big congrats to you pk. I just got my offer on a home accepted as well. Not my first but it never gets any less nerve wrenching if its one you really like. I too ran into 3 others that fell through before we found this one and its the one we loved the most. Lucky #4 for both of us I guess.

    Congrats!!!!!! I remember when my hubbie and I bought our first house !!!! We were sooooo excited nervous scared all at the same time. Then we decided that buying a house was not enough excitement so we decided to elope right before we signed for our house!!!! I still remember closing on friday and that saturday cleaning and painting until the middle of the night!! It is such a nice feeling knowing that you do whatever you want.....it's your house ------- paint remodel add on. Once again. Congrats!!!!!
