- CrackberrykillsThe CBKI see. Okay. So, yeah. I guess these guys are very protective over this Ken guy's stuff. Well, I think someone else said this already, if it is that big of a deal, I am sure they can get it removed, and this thread can be closed, so it will not confuse anyone else. Just a suggestion.07-30-08 09:07 PMLike 0
- Ok, I'm lost like a mofo! The bottom line, the pics are posted on the INTERNET!! Are these 2 guys like hall monitors or something. I mean really, "Ken" or whoever he is hasnt come here to say anything and give me a break, but what is the possibility that these SAME pics can be found elsewhere?
All this "Ken has been notified!" SO! Let him take it up with an admin if he is that bothered by it. Since the pics dont apparently belong to either of you 2, why are you here speaking on another grown mans behalf?07-30-08 09:13 PMLike 0 - CrackberrykillsThe CBKOk, I'm lost like a mofo! - Well, pics on the net are pretty much fair game. No real foul here. Not that anyone is making money on those anyways. Ken takes nice pics for sure tho.
As for the blue one, I did a lot of training with the blue glocks. Ours shot simmunition ammo, which are like real ammunition with gunpowder, but with a paint cartidge in the tip instead of a bullet. They hurt a lot tho.

We're all thinking the same thing.07-30-08 09:58 PMLike 0 - We're rather protective of the members of our little community.
We also just dislike thievery in general.
No, they aren't. They are still protected by copyright.
using one for your background or even in a post is one thing, posting them as your own work is entirely different.Last edited by tanksoldier; 07-30-08 at 10:02 PM.

I mean seriously, how much protection is needed here? If it all that then they shouldnt have been posted to the internet or preventive measure should have been in place to prevent them from being posted elsewhere..... watermarks come to mind- no right click.... ya know...little stuff like that.07-30-08 10:14 PMLike 0 - Exactly!!! I just checked out the link to where it is posted and nowhere does the poster on this site take credit for the pics. Honestly this stuff is a bunch of BS, it says on the site there's no need to ask for permission to use it for wallpaper or desktop images (which it is being used for on this site). The person who posted this thread and the other two who are arguing about removing it have no life really, to get upset over pics that are being used as allowed. This kinda stuff pisses me off since its blaming someone of theft of images without legit reason.

07-30-08 10:15 PMLike 0 - Couldn't agree more lexie. What is this, like a rival high school situation now? My forum vs your forum?? Pfft. No one claimed the pics as their own. Why are all these gun forum guys coming in and getting angry about?? Sheesh.

Was that picture hotlinked? Or hosted somewhere else other than "Ken's" site?07-30-08 10:22 PMLike 0 - As suggested by several members, Ken and/or all of the new members that have joined and are posting to this thread should contact the appropriate members to remove the pics, get a berry, and come back and join the fun. Anything else is waisting your time.07-30-08 10:27 PMLike 0
- Seriously though, what do these guys do scan every site to make sure these pics aren't used? (Again which is okay as long as you don't profit from them according to their site.) Seems like they are use to wasting their time.07-30-08 10:40 PMLike 0
