Hey all.
My sites in my signature. Tell me this isn't a complete and utter knock off.
BlackBerry Tour Themes | Tour themes | Blackberry 9630 themes
Copy pasted word for word everything I have on my website.
I spent a lot of time and effort creating my website and this schmuck comes around and simply copy pastes everything.
Once the themes start rolling out he'll probably do the same with that as well.
I'm trying to contact his house for copyright infringement right now.

What a poser. If it makes you feel better, I read some where recently that RIM has been going around shutting down sites with "BlackBerry" in their URL for infringement.

They can't do it to a normal word like 'tour' though.
I contacted him and he said our sites are completely different.
Hopefully his host does something about it.
