Apparently you've never chased someone for three city blocks in an attempt to mug that person. Let me assure you that physically-fit criminals have an easier time of it.
Ahh, but I have, as a military cop.

That is not a stripper on a pole :/ its a workout for vertical bars.. So no I am not offended by, actually in AWE that she has such strength.
LOL. It's A STRIPPER POLE. You people need to get out more.

Offended? No. Ambivalent with a mild embarrassment for the staff at their choice of pics. But hey....pole dancing is a "workout" trend of the moment (has been for quite a while (years) now), that allows one to pretend to be working out while simultaneously getting mild titillation at being "bad", so it's a legitimate, if rather cheesy choice.

Any self respecting patron of strip joints will tell you that a stripper would have the pole between her legs and not behind her shoulder... er... at least that's what I'm told.

What do you see in the pony tail? The phallic pole is of course, traditionally, a *****.

Here's the thing...I can't. This site is frequented by people of different races, creeds, religions, ages, and sensibilities. I've been on this site for quite a few years and seen a lot of edgy stuff and really appreciate it but this is over the top and I want the site admins to take it down and apologize. I've watched this site grow over the years to a one-stop fountain of knowledge about all things BlackBerry. It's also a place where, with few exceptions, people are respectful of one anothers' opinions even when they disagree.

Part of having certain standards is making a stand. You see, it's part of the word itself, isn't it? This site has to reach for a higher standard than it did in its early days because its reaching a larger audience than it did back in the day.

So, It offends me, yes. Does it make me a prude? I don't think so. I'm writing this because I care.
Isn't this the exact wording that someone else had written in regards to the "Hiding your porn now requires and app" article that was put up a couple of weeks ago. So are you the same person or is this a joke making fun of that person. Also I personally don't think there is anything offensive with the picture since there is nothing wrong or immoral about it. Just because you are attaching a perverted image to the pole she is using but that's your own interpretation and doesn't mean that using a pole for exercise is immoral. I think its fine if you have a problem with it but I don't think you have a right to demand an apology for the article or to have it taken down immediately.
