My desktop configuration :
4 gb ram
Core i3
2 gb AMD raedon graphics card
When I install battle field 4(or any high graphics game such as sniper elite ) i found some lagg or frame drop whatever you say I don't know it properly.. my question: is there any setting for graphics card to enable before play the game or whenever I play a game my graphics card will enable automatically??

You should have your monitor plugged into the GPU and the latest drivers installed. Also, this really shouldn't be here.

You system seems under powered. Go here Can You RUN It | Can I run that game | Game system requirements from your desktop. It will scan your system and let you know what part is falling short
You need more ram and a higher end graphics card.
But that's if you want to play on high setting.
Go into the games quality setting and turn everything down till the frames per second FPS are at a level you are good with.
