My resolution for 2012 is a pretty tough one, so I'm thinking ahead. My resolution is to be less of a BlackBerry addict.
That means not spending the average 5 hours a day on my phone, as reported by I Love BlackBerry.

Anyways. I'm sure many of you have been in this position before, so my questions:
    1. Is it actually possible to stop using it?
    2. Do you have any tips to help me through the journey?

    1. Yes. It's just like any addiction.
    2. Do something else when you get the urge. Read a book, take a walk, anything.

I think addiction to social media and cell phones, tabs, computers is really a problem for some people. But like I said it is like any other addiction that is habit forming in the brain. It's also being used to always being connected and having your phone in your hand.

There's really nothing that important all the time that we need to constantly be staring at our phones.
