Friday's leak, dubbed The Fappening 3, allegedly included photos of British model Cara Delevnigne and more intimate pictures of actress Jennifer Lawrence. The Hunger Games star was the main victim of the first celebrity photo leak and alongside Kirsten Dunst has taken legal action against websites posting the nude and semi-nude photos. Olympic gold medalist Misty May-Treanor, soap opera star Alexandra Chando, actress Kelli Garner (Going the Distance), TV presenter Brook Burns, and actress Lauren O'Neil were also targeted in the latest leak.
After the first batch of photos was leaked in September, hackers struck again last weekend releasing multiple private images of Gabrielle Union, Rihanna, Hayden Panettiere Kim Kardashian and more.
The FBI is said to be working closely with Apple to uncover the hacker behind the leaks. After the first set of images was leaked, Apple revealed that hackers obtained access to the celebrities accounts by correctly guessing their password through "Phishing" -- the act of posing as someone who has forgotten their username and password.
