Whatever it is, as much as I want the filter loosened up, there needs to be a change of policy where a certain level of character is required to maintain membership.

This is a contract though, and little Suzy can't enter a contract unless represented by a parent or legal guardian, at least in the US. So if the parents wanted to cancel the contract, they have the right to return the phone and get a refund or go to small claims court for it.10-29-10 04:26 AM
