    So what's your best time you got to a mile on the treadmill??

    Mine is 6 minutes at 9km/h

    I run weekly twice, not on a tread mill. I can maintain a pace of 4.25km/ hour up until 5km then it slows down considerably.

    I considered running for office for about 2.5min. The cardio workout was awesome!

    Went no further than a treadmill.

    Yeah I do 6km regularly and 9 or 10 about once or twice a week to improve on my endurance.

    If you're doing a 5km run on a treadmill, increase the level of incline. Even an incline of 0.5% helps burn calories etc, and you hardly notice it.

    When it's at 5% incline for 1km at a time, then it gets hard!

    The only time I use the treadmill is when I am warming up for weights. I mostly do intervals on the elliptical machine for 25 minutes, then 20 minutes on the stair-master.
