-1 Turkey/shaved on sandwich thins with Pepper-jack cheese and mustard.
-1 cup of Members Mark lowfat small curd cottage cheese.
-1 bag of Vegggie chips.
-1 Sobe Lifewater, black and blueberry.
=500 calories and taste good!
I do this almost every day for my lunch. better than 1 500 calorie burger, which I used to eat...100 plus pounds ago!

However, when I eventually make it home, which will probably not be until 3 or 4, I plan on having a chicken breast, green beans, and some kind of carb.
