You should check out the Pacific NW. Alaskan king crab has been a main staple up here for a loooooong time. I prefer snow crab though. Nothing on this planet better than some freshly boiled Opilio. Mmmmmmm.....

What ever do you mean? Add a little salt and it would of made a great gravy to go on the side of your biscuits and sausages(post-regurgitation of course). ;]

It's been a while since I've had any decent shellfish besides shrimp.
I had an awesome dinner last night- Sesame and panko crusted ahi tuna, seared. Served over bourbon fried rice with baby carrots and peas, grilled yellow squash and zucchini, topped with fresh sliced avacado.
