Those disposable eyeglass wipes that come moist in individual packages should not scratch the blackberry, they are very soft even though they seem rigid when you pull them out. If it's safe for your glasses it should be safe for the phone. And since they're moist they will pick up the nasties on your phone better than a dry microfiber cloth.

I think the correct term here is OBBD Obsessive BlackBerry Disorder. LOL
Just so you guys know a little toothpaste will take out the light scratches on the screen.

I try to keep mine as clean as possible at all times. I am a little obsessive about the appearance. And even with all the effort I make, it appears that my diamond stud earrings have placed a ugly crater looking scratch on my screen. I tried all kinds of scratch remover, but it doesnt work Anyone have any additional solutions? I am terrified to try and replace the screen for fear of compromising the problem...

I have a Microfiber cloth I keep at my desk. When I'm on conference calls, I shine my BB and put it back in its charging cradle. It HAS to stay clean!

I kept mine in a lime green silicone case, but I didn't like how it looked, so now I clean her like 100 times a day.

Wow - and I thought I was the only one. I have been using the Compressed Air (esp for the trackball sticky problem-once in a blue moon) as well as the microfiber cloth. Works amazingly well. Careful of the 'frozen' shots of air w/the compressed air.
