I have been waiting for an accessory for my phone to get here. I live in Lexington, KY. according to USPS's web site. It has arrived at Lexington on September 5th.

"Your item was processed through and left our LEXINGTON, KY 40511 facility on September 5, 2009. The item is currently in transit to the destination."

It's the 10th and they still haven't delivered it.
    What should I do??

I'd go to the post office, personally, and pick it up.

+1, I agree with s7ar. Going in person always makes it much easier to take care of these things.

But the web site says it left the post office already... Ahh I just hope they didn't lose it..

After 10 days and it's still not delivered? Wow, I can't see how it's NOT lost.

It doesn't matter if it's at that specific post office or not. If you go in person, you will most likely get better customer service. Just refuse to leave until they tell you exactly where your package is and exactly when it will arrive at your house.

Just to let ya know, when ya get to Post Office they are going to have to talk to your carrier first to see what happened. If the carrier says he delivered it. Then you'll have to file a claim for the insurance. If the carrier didn't deliever it they will have to trace the package which won't happen while you wait.

It's much easier just to call and ask for the Post Master and let him/her know your situation.

I used to buy and sell on ebay and have lost packages so I'm kind of familiar with the process.
