I am just catch up the thought of some question on my mind and post it here, . For me, I ACTUALLY am addict on BB FOR 24/7/365 more EVER than sidekick I was used, The other 6-8 hours I use for sleep. In realistic life I actually am deaf like common with other deaf people to be on Sidekicks that 24hrs everyday , is not it?

I sort of get the gist of your question. I think I spend at least the equivalent of 10 minutes every hour, for 8 hours a day or so on my BlackBerry...

Morning I'm on it for about 1/2hr doing e-mail before I even roll out of bed, then I figure at least 20 minutes of every hour from 8-5pm, then on the way home from work since it's bumper to bumper traffic for an hour or so. Then from 7-8 I'm on it. Then kids goto bed and it goes to bed also after a long day.

hmm...i'd say about 15min for ever hour..all day long. well, atleast that much...cuz within the month i've had my Pearl, i've been told by my GF and one of my best friends that i spend more time with my BB than them....but i've now convinced BOTH of them to get one...lol. And now they can't put it down either...lol

Well, it's gotten to the point my friends know the difference between my email, SMS and phone call rings. In school maybe 5 minutes every hour, at home like 20 minutes every hour.

Congrats, Navilyn on breaking the 1,000 post mark

I'm constantly looking for the red flashing light - no doubt about it. I was just on vacation and for the first time tried not to constantly (every few minutes) check the BB and of course constantly spend time on the forum from the laptop or otherwise. I would say easily 20 minutes per hour in a day. I have made a rule with myself to stop checking in the middle of the night if I wake or turn over - we'll see if it works

Our employer makes us all turn off our blackberry whenever there is a meeting. Sometimes if the meeting drags on, I excuse myself and tell them I need to get some water or run to the ladies room but in actuality, I just need to see if any messages have come in on my blackberry. I'm a little naughty. lol

When running my business I may spend up to 40 mins out of the hour doing e-mails, invoices, and talking to customers.
Otherwise its usually around 15 minutes out of the hour actually using applications, but i might listen to music and talk on it for hours on end randomly.

Any time I'm not driving, at the computer or watching TV, I'm on my blackberry surfing the web or checking email. It is indeed hard not to check for the flashing red light, haha.

Blackberry has a tendency to get you way too excited for email. The flashing light appears and I have to instantly check it.

Since I got my bb and since meeting my girlfriend who also has a bb it has been a lot of time
Specially when she and I are off and since we live far apart we've been messaging a lot, putting that mildly

I must say that I am on my blackberry 25 hours out of the day. While I am at work its on my desk and I am texting away. I prefer to answer emails on the bb than opening up the email on the computer (scary). When I walk its in my hands, on the train while I sleep. The only place I dont use it is in the shower but I am sure if there was a waterproof cover protector I would so use it in the shower

Freezer bags work good for use while in the shower, trust me on that.

Wow Audit! And I thought I was addicted!!

I'm on call 24/7/365 and my company got spoiled with me replying back to e-mails within 2 minutes. I learned the freezer bag trick when I was in the middle of a migration at another company and was on call. I had just finished a 4 day, 3 night straight shift and came home to shower, change, rest but needed to be available in case something happened. So my daughter brought me a freezer bag to put my BB in when I was in the shower. Now I have one on the shelf in there.
