When you think about it for a little while, its kind of like the question why is the sky blue? No one really knows. And the person who can actually answer this will probably never hear it.

like the question why is the sky blue? No one really knows. ...
Results 1 - 10 of about 59,400,000 for why is the sky blue.
Fact is, that question is pretty well answered:

A clear cloudless day-time sky is blue because molecules in the air scatter blue light from the sun more than they scatter red light. ...
If the question were "How many Angels can fit on the head of a pin?", then you have a truly unanswerable question.

I thought the ocean's reflection also had something to do with it.

It's not the Angels dancing on the pin head you need to worry about, it's the legions of demons on the pinpoint trying to escape, and can't due to the angel mosh pit on the pin's head. But to keep things simple, it takes 32,000 dancing angels to keep down 62 million raging demons. So flip the pin over and count the demons on the pins point, and you got your angel answer.
