I knew I was crazy addicted to my blackberry when a call came in on it for my boyfriend this morning, and when I passed the phone to him, his hands were all wet and I yelled "OMG are your hands wet?!?!"... he looked at me like I was crazy, dried his hands and took the phone... lmao =)

I knew I was addicted when I realized that it has to be in my sight at all times and family and friends tell me to put it away and I can't tear myself away from it long enough to actually hear them complain.

I knew I was an addict the third time I walked into someone on the street, on the same day while texting. The last person was actually a cop

I also get a lot of **** from my friends and co-workers, complaining I'm allways on my BB.

And I get mad when someone calls it a cellphone instead of a BB

But do you all do that? Walk into people and objects while texting?

I Knew I was addicted when.

I convinced 4 of my co-workers to get Blackberries instead of iPhone.

I constantly getting in arguments with iPhone user that I know just to make them feel bad, now the hide their iPhones when I come around.

When I began waking up a 2 am every morning to check my messages.

When I began spending more time building themes and using my blackberry than sleeping, and Dreaming about new themes.

When I began referring to my blackberry as Her/She.

And the number one reason I knew I was addicted was when I actually checked my blackberry (Her) during sex, that's when I realized I was really going over the edge.

    I need help.

I've only had mine for a few weeks, but last night I fell asleep with it in my hands. I guess the addiction is starting, lol.

I'm glad you came clean about your addiction. I haven't had my "omg...I'm addicted moment" yet! But I do suffer major withdraws from my BB and CB! Although I still need my "fix" I still haven't confirmed or denied my addiction.

I've had my BB for a bit nown enough to get a bunch of apps and themes to use a diff one each day of the week lol.

Think I admitted I was an addict was when (if you don't play world of warcraft you may not understand) I let a 25 man naxx raid group wipe because I was texting and didn't notice the tank pull patchwerk... No heals=dead tank.

I've always known I was addicted. I just think I was in denial until today. I was sitting in class when a man walked into my class and pulled my professor aside and told him something. After, my professor announced that a tornado warning was in effect for our county. (I live in Oklahoma and lately the weather has been crazy unpredictable.) My professor went on to talk about where the tornado warning pertained to, but all I could think about was bb

Our class was dismissed and I go to walk outside, and there is this terrential downpour I mean it was raining cats and dogs. I'm from Arizona so I imagine it was equivalent to our yearly rainfall...lol. Most people are worrying about getting home. Not me, I'm thinking about how I'm NOT going to get my bb wet.

I put my bb in my backpack, and I'm about to make a run for it, and I stop. Quickly thoughts emerge about how the rain is most likely going to drench my backpack. I could just see my bb getting wet. I take out the bb and put it in my pocket. I keep my hand on top of my bb thinking, if I do get soaked least my hand will be wet first. I have my car keys in my other hand, I'm ready to go! I take off running to my car, and when I get to the car I'm completely soaked. The only thing that was dry: my bb As I was sitting in the car I kind of chuckled to myself, and thats when I had the a-ha moment. I realized, YES MY NAME IS STEFANIE AND I'M ADDICTED TO MY BLACKBERRY! Then my second thought was, I have to let my fellow crackberry addicts know about my experience. I honestly dont think the non-blackberry members of society would appreciate it as much.

Thankfully, I made it home safe, the tornado warning since has expired, and most of all my blackberry is dry!
------------------------------------------------------------------------- i allways have an amergancy ziplock baggy lol.......

When I had a brief thing about the iPhone and then had second thoughts about losing my BB, then realised that the BB was actually the ultimate device once and for all.

...then I went on to buy a new Curve, got a dispute with the seller, currently requesting for a refund but couldn't wait that long, so I went on to buy another of the same :P

I realized I was an addict when I noticed that I CAN'T get out of bed without checking and replying to all my messages. I will also be 40 minutes late to work if I get there and realize I left my berry at home and am compelled to drive bac to get it. Haha

I knew I became an addict when:
My friend asked me why I dont use my Iphone instead of THAT phone, I wanted to kick his head in.
I walked up to a girl and instead of asking her number I asked for her PIN(also a BB user).
I bought a pillow for my BB, and the rest of the Bb's are wrapped on bubble wrap on a pillow, when I want to switch phones I just unwrap and clean, then clean and wrap the other phone.
I bought a case for my Storm instead of some shoes for me.
I started wearing a belt, that way I can use the belt cases.
When Mr. Crazy Kat(some random cat who likes to come to my house)scratched my pearl's screen I wanted to bite him or go Lecter on him!!, I can never be like that he makes me laugh.
I fell from my chair and instead of protecting my face I covered my Storm.
My friends refer to me as "The Mexican dude with the BB".
I only use my laptop to upload ringtones and apps to my phone, as well as downloading pics from my bb to my laptop.

I have a horrible fear of a possible dead battery! Not only do I have 2 home chargers (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) I have the USB plugged into the computer at all times for a charging station...so yes 3 in the house alone. Both cars have car chargers and I carry an extra home charger and extra battery in my purse at all times. It's sad...but at least I'm prepared for anything I guess! haha
