I just found my first ever blackberry, bought off ebay by my dad when i was about 13 or 14.
I didnt have email or internet on it, I simply wanted a blackberry, and this was before they came a worldwide phenemonon within my age group!
I had the blackberry 8700v, what was your first blackberry?!?

8320 then the storm2.
Funny, I went back to a 8707v, first 3G blackberry and I'm liking it a lot for work, no distractions(games etc) and pretty damn fast. In fact, sometimes I think it's faster then the Storm.

My 1st was a 8310 through AT&T, which I quickly dumped for the 8330 through nTelos, then grabbed a 9000 through AT&T, and now that has been sold & I'm running a 9630... along the way I've had (2)8130's, (3) 8330's, and a 8830... whew!!
I'm sporting my first every Berry - Sprint Curve 8330m
It was a Christmas present to myself and the price was right (it cost me $1). This year for Christmas I'm getting myself a new one - I don't know what it will be, it'll depend on what hits Sprint between now and then. Although I may upgrade my second line (its eligible) to a Curve 8530 or a Tour before then and switch the two, I don't know yet.
Curve 8330e was #1 for me. It has become the Home Phone, now, and backs up our Tours. I'll be wiping and reloading my wife's 8130, and it will go to a BlackBerryless CrackBerry member as a Pay It Forward present.

I had my 8700v, then obviously because it was just used as a phone, no internet etc. I got a samsung then LG (boooo!)
Then when my dad bought an iphone i got his 8310, after having that a month I got a storm 9500.
After getting this stolen on a night out I got my most recent the 9700!
Was considering getting an iphone but after my current phone I dont think ill be turning back!
My first BB was a 7230. I actually just found the "blinged out" housing for my wife's 7290. I think that was back in 2006 or something. When "bling" was the new thing. Was looking on ebay to find a 7290 so I can put that housing on and she can switch between that and her white 8900.
Pearl 8100. Was looking for something to just get my email on when out of the
office and the Nokia E62 didn't cut it. AT&T offered me a brand new 8100 for $29
so I went for it. Best BlackBerry keyboard EVER IMO
8310 was my very first BB fell in-love with ever since. Tried upgrading to Nokia 71x, LG VU, Ericsson P990 but I always come back to my beat up 8310.. Then upgraded to Storm1 didn't really like. 8900 Curve 2 OMG.. I loved it. Now 9700 and now I'm happy more than ever

Curve 8310. I wanted something with email after my Motorola V3xx. I fell in love. Great little phone. Then Bold 9000 and now 9700. All through ATT. In all I have had very good luck with both ATT and BlackBerries. They were all top of the line phones. 8310 kept on kicking, gave it to my friend and she loved it. My son has my 9000 so I am spreading the wealth. And the addiction LOL.
