I hope I never have to use a Spanish interpreter ever again.
Every mother****ing spanish caller I get calls the wrong office, presses the wrong option and wastes about 15 minutes of my time before I finally figure out which office they need to speak to.
Then I call that office and get transferred around between 5 different people until I finally come full circle back to the operator who finally gives me permission to bring the caller on the line... just so she can transfer him again.
All for a simple billing question.
AND all this could have been avoided if they just learned how to speak English! I would never move to Mexico and not learn to speak Spanish.
