i have so much energy right now but i dont know what to doooo

seriously.

I had an Amp (its an energy drink) this morning, and i used it to help swallow my ADD pill, and now im seriously like WOOOOOOOOOOOH i have way more energy than usual

i seriously want to build a swingset. or a bench. or something involving carpentry.

but its raining outside and i have no lumber.

So i need a way to burn off my energy, because right now all im doing is sitting, looking at 3 different forums online, all of which i will get banned from if i dont lose some energy.

what do i do :confused::confused:

Well when I have tons of energy to burn I go for a run 20min as fast as I can, or my favorite; playing with my daughter and chasing her around the house.
