I hate people that assume a glass chip on their windshield is someone's liability because the rock that caused the damage was thrown up from the road by another vehicle's tire.

How can you possibly think it's that person's responsibilty because the rock got stuck in their tire? It's a coincidence and that's all. F***ing morons...
