I hate that I had to be transferred four times to get a hold of a BB specialist to troubleshoot my berry... And she's having trouble hearing me. The first person (and second and third) said they'd transfer me to a BB specialist... Only the last succedded.

no i dont jef, i work for an insurance company taking claims over the phone.
its all the same tho, customer service.
and it sucks. thats actually one of my biggest problems is call volume. either people cant hear me or i cant hear them (mostly old people, i freaking HATE talking to old people) its really nobody's fault except the phone/phone co.
Well the first three were fine, and the one I needed to talk to was horrible... But I am getting a refurb, so it's OK I guess.....

it was me crying over the insults he was handing out like santa on christmas... only hes a j*rk! he breaks into your house and craps on the floor, then wakes you up and insults you till you start crying, then he punches you in the face!
