Well thank god I know what I did and I was told what I did. I was just stupid and I wish I could go back and change it, but that would make things easy.
I'm working on a time machine. I will let you know when it's ready
I hate it when noobs join this site, then run around picking arguments with the OG's and flaming people. If this was real life, and someone did that s*** to me in person, they would end up walking with a limp for the rest of their life.
I hate when people don't do what they say they're going to do. I've got a couple of new job prospects and 2 scenarios:
1. Recruiter sounded really positive last Friday and said "I'd call you Tuesday around lunchtime and let you know what's up" Tuesday (yesterday) lunchtime and all day came and went. I sent him an e-mail and he didn't even respond to that. Still hasn't and still hasn't called me.
2. Interviewer (who happens to be an old work buddy of mine) told me last Monday, "I'll personally call you middle of next week and give you news one way or another". Guess what, it's middle of next week TODAY, and guess what, he hasn't called me.
Why is it so HARD for people to do what they say they're going to do? I know things come up, circumstances change, but at least give me the courtesy of a quick phone call or e-mail to say "hey I know I said we'd connect today, but sorry something came up, I'll call you tomorrow" - and then F'ing call me tomorrow.
