I just learned a valuable lesson. When someone asks how the crackers that you are eating taste, make sure your boss is out of earshot when you answer "it tastes like 8 guys standing in a circle". Tends to make them unhappy.
A glass of milk, WITH a glass of orange juice, WITH sugary cereal, WITH eggos butter AND syrup, WITH toast.
Breakfast is really just the first meal you eat that day. As far as healthy, that's going to vary from person to person.
Breakfast for me ranges from steel cut oats, to steak salads. And the time I eat my first meal will vary as well, most often between 9am to 1pm, just depends on when I get up that morning and what I have to get done before I eat.
Sometimes breakfast is a fruit smootie on the way to do laps or the gym.

It's time for some special K cereal and I will pretend I have a pound of bacon to go along with it.
Bacon is my all time favorite breakfast food, h3ll it's my all time favorite food. you can never go wrong with bacon. all though it doesn't taste as good when it comes back up.
