I could never, ever understand how when people wake up in the morning the first
thing they want to do after a shower is eat a big meal. I have never liked breakfast
and whoever tells me it's the most important meal of the day should speak for
themself.
Whenever I wanna have eggs, bacon, hash browns and all that good stuff, I only
get the urge to eat that stuff if I'm a Denny's or iHop late at night/early mornin'
after leaving a bar. And not only do I watch what I eat, I literally don't eat!

I agree with you there. Best times to eat that ish.

Yup. For me it's not even about the nutritional aspect of it. I just find eating
all that right after I wake up to be sickening. Just the word "breakfast" irks me.
I find if I don't anything and I exercise I want to die on my drive back home.
But if I do eat, I want to vomit everything up and then dry heave myself into oblivion.
PS I hate breakfast too.
Unless its a poached egg or 36.
Well of course I'm exaggerating about the not eating part, but I don't eat
much because I don't have to. First thing I have is a gallon of water before I
eat anything at all. No exceptions. I have to finish that water before I can
drink any coffee or eat. Mon-Thu which are my workout days, after I'm done
with my water I have a meal from subway. It can be anything, but it's my
only true meal of the day. That's my gasoline right there. Rest of the day I
snack on nutri-grain bars and things like that. Then gym time.
I pretty much let myself eat whatever I'd like on weekends. Unfortunately I've
taken it too far the past few months and noticed the effect it's had on me.
My friend threw his grad party a couple weeks ago and I absolutely hated the
way I looked in the pics that were taken. I looked bloated and didn't like it.
So since about 10 days ago I've taken it back old, old skool the way I used to
workout like a complete maniac and am on the most strictest diet imaginable.
I'm eating on weekends as if it were during the week. I got about 25 pounds
to drop (I don't weigh myself, I just feel it).
The only day I workout in the mornings are on Mondays. I call it two-a-day,
no meal Mondays for me. I get to the gym at 4:30am, workout like a maniac
until about 7:15 or so, go back home, shower, go to work, have my water of
course, and just snack all day. Nutri-grain bars, granola bars, etc. No meal.
Get back to the gym at about 8pm, and workout for a couple of hours. In this
case like today, I am not leaving until 11pm no matter what. No, I don't feel
lightheaded at all. The workout in the morning supresses my appetite.
Tue-Thu only workout at night after work. My meal is as I layed out in my
first paragraph.
I have always said and will always stand by this: There are two things that
feel really, really good on an empty stomach. Working out and sex.
Note: I remember that pic of you that Mavis posted a while back Prada. Ain't
no reason that you need to do all this stuff I'm laying out. Don't eat crap,
and when you workout, do it on a decent sized meal if that's what makes you
feel better.
