    Why won't u buy a Dell?
    I guess I'm going w/HP again I do like the look and feel of their laptops the Toshiba was attractive to me due to being close in price an the bettery battery life and how I here how the processor is supposed to be better...
    How did u get ahold of HP senior execs?
    Do a Google search for "Dell complaints" and prepare for the avalanche. All companies have problems, but Dell seems to truly not care. I did not believe it till i tried to get an answer for my mom.

    Case in point: I went to HP website and emailed a senior VP. They got back to me seemingly within minutes. Did the same with my mom's Dell (true manufacturing defect). No reply, even though I got read receipts. Sent a letter; sent a tweet; used a professional contact. Nothing. I know that they received most of my communication. They just don't care.

    There are BLOGS out there dedicated to the dismal way Dell treats customers.

    Was your HP still under warranty when you email the execs or were it out? My HP that went down on me is out of warranty....
